In Switzerland and abroad, the operation of establishments in the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, wellness centers, social clubs, private clubs, and other leisure and meeting places; the management and operation of public establishments, including restaurants, bars, retail shops, yoga studios, and gyms; the planning, organization, promotion, sale, and management of travel and tourist activities; the design, organization, provision, and management of training, seminars, and other educational or recreational programs; the provision of services and advice, strategies, and support in the aforementioned fields, as well as in the wellness, beauty, health, and leisure sectors; the acquisition, holding, management, and disposal of interests in any commercial, industrial, financial, or real estate companies, with the proviso that real estate operations in Switzerland will only concern commercial properties not subject to the LFAIE authorization regime. The company may engage in any commercial, financial, movable, or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, and dispose of properties in Switzerland and abroad, with the proviso that real estate operations in Switzerland will only concern commercial properties not subject to the LFAIE authorization regime, as well as provide financing or guarantees to its shareholders, subsidiaries, or third parties.
