Provision for the benefit of the employees of the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra LSO (i.e. orchestra members and administrative staff) and/or their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, in particular through the provision of voluntary additional benefits to the statutory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability and death, and the provision of voluntary purchase benefits for the statutory pension scheme for employees; Support for employees and their families in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment; Provision of services to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions to finance contributions and insurance premiums that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
