The foundation aims to preserve the work of Turo Pedretti (1896-1964) and Giuliano Pedretti (1924) and manage it in such a way that the originals of the individual works, known as Épreuves d'Artiste, prototypes, and the copyrights to them remain in one hand; to disseminate them through the sale of copies of the sculptural works and, if necessary, reproductions of the graphic and painterly works; and to make them known through the organization of and participation in exhibitions. The foundation also aims to support the heirs of the founder after his death in the event that they are unable to provide for their livelihood due to illness, disability, old age, or invalidity, or if they are in need. The foundation may employ personnel to the extent that it is conducive to the fulfillment of its purpose and it has sufficient means to cover the costs.
