The company's purpose is any activity in the fields of gemmology, jewellery, watchmaking and real estate, excluding any operation prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the trade of all products. It may: - carry out any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar companies that may develop its purpose; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - subscribe to all acts of intermediation in favour of a partner or third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees or others, if it serves its interests.
