The company may engage in all other business activities and take measures that appear suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may act as part of and in the interest of the Barry Callebaut Group and, in doing so, may grant loans or other financing to its subsidiaries, either for a fee or free of charge, and provide security for the liabilities of its subsidiaries in any form, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or by providing guarantees or sureties of any kind.
