The purpose of the company is to carry out external and/or investments related to GUUD Holding AG, general planning, structuring and development of assets, as well as all activities related to the financial, legal and administrative needs of a Family Office company. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, manage, encumber and sell participations and real estate in Switzerland and abroad, subject to applicable legal provisions (in particular the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad). The company may conclude transactions with or for the benefit of affiliated companies, in particular its direct or indirect shareholders and other group companies, whether for consideration or not. In particular, it may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies or provide security for their obligations, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements. The company may engage in any further activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
