The company's purpose is to manufacture materials and products for the dental profession as well as consumer goods, primarily in the field of oral and dental care products, including but not limited to materials and products with cosmetic or pharmaceutical status. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the company's purpose or that promote the companies of the Colgate-Palmolive Group, which are controlled directly or indirectly by Colgate-Palmolive Company in terms of capital and voting rights.
