The purpose of the Company is to improve the housing conditions of the population and, in particular, to promote the economic interests of its members through joint action by providing them with housing at advantageous conditions, with or without the assistance of the public authorities. To this end, it may construct or purchase rental buildings; acquire superficies rights; acquire or lease land or rental buildings. The Company's real estate is inalienable, unless the General Assembly decides otherwise. The Company refrains from any speculative transactions.
