The investment and divestment of funds at its disposal in the form of venture capital through the acquisition, holding and disposal (i) of all shares, equity interests and other types of participations, bonds, debt securities and more generally all securities and other financial instruments representing ownership, debt or securities rights issued or to be issued by any entity, regardless of its form, and (ii) of any movable, tangible or intangible property, or real estate or equity interests in an entity with a predominantly real estate or non-real estate focus, in accordance with the investment policy set by the Board of Directors; the provision of services and in particular the provision of management services in the context of its investment and divestment activities with the funds at its disposal.
