Ganzoni-Wohlfahrtsfonds

Provision and care for the benefit of employees of the production and distribution companies of the Ganzoni Group in Switzerland and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as in other cases of need, such as illness, accident and unemployment. In particular, the purpose is fulfilled through voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability, death and other emergencies; benefits in the event of early retirement; contributions to tax-exempt pension funds established for the benefit of the beneficiaries; assumption of costs of regulatory pension benefits for the benefit of the beneficiaries, insofar as they are not covered by the parity-based regulatory financing; management of the employer contribution reserve.
