The company may create branches, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries as well as representative offices in Switzerland and abroad. It may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, third parties and/or companies of the same group.
