The company's purpose is to operate a garage for cars and motorcycles and a mechanical repair workshop for all types of vehicles, to provide breakdown services for all automobiles, to import, export and trade in spare parts and all types of new or used vehicles, to rent vehicles and to carry out all other activities related to the main purpose. The company may also: - carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; - carry out all operations in the real estate sector to the extent authorized by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); - establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - take an interest, in any form, in similar companies; and - grant loans to shareholders or third parties.
