The company's purpose is to operate a garage and engage in all activities related to the automotive sector, including the purchase, sale, repair, breakdown assistance, rental, transport, import and export of all types of motor vehicles, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
