The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and sell participations in companies of all types, in Switzerland and abroad, particularly, but not exclusively, in companies focused on preserving and/or enhancing social, human and/or natural capital, as well as to build, acquire, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad (excluding participations and real estate not eligible under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, grant and contract loans, provide guarantees and other types of financing and security in favor of related and affiliated companies, and carry out all commercial operations that may promote the company's purpose and are related thereto.
