The acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in companies of all types, in Switzerland or abroad. It also carries out any activity in the field of real estate, in particular the construction, renovation, promotion, purchase, sale, brokerage, rental, management and marketing of all real estate, all to the exclusion of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may grant loans or any other financing to its associates, whether direct or indirect, as well as to its sister or affiliated companies. Furthermore, it may carry out any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
