The purpose of the cooperative is to promote the livelihood or economy of its members, as well as their economic, social, and cultural interests through joint self-help and communal business operations as a productive cooperative. This is achieved, in particular, through communal economic activities aimed at securing a safe and socially responsible income for members and promoting their asset accumulation. The subject of the communal business operations is, in particular: a. The provision of IT, consulting, procurement, sales, and personnel services, as well as the production and distribution of movable assets; b. The provision of central services to enhance the competitiveness of members, particularly through: - The bundling of procurement and sales potentials, - The joint development and utilization of concepts in the areas of production, IT, marketing, management, sustainability, mobility, strategy, personnel, motivation, as well as media, mental training, and coaching offers for companies and their employees; c. The development and provision of mobility solutions, including vehicle fleets and other mobile assets to support members and their families; d. The creation, management, and utilization of communal spaces, facilities, and infrastructures, including commercial and gastronomic businesses, social, economic, and cultural institutions, as well as the associated services; e. The promotion of a healthy, natural lifestyle, as well as the application of alternative healing methods, health and wellness products, food, and dietary supplements in the interest of the members; f. Activities to maintain and improve the mental and physical health and vitality of members; g. Measures for the vocational training, further education, and advanced training of members in all areas; h. The initiation and participation in projects for the use of renewable energies, alternative technologies, and general environmental protection; i. The preservation and exploration of international and European cultural heritage, particularly in the areas of building culture (monuments), mobility (vehicles), literature, and music; the acquisition, management, development, and disposal of real estate as well as the assumption of tasks in the housing and real estate economy and public infrastructure. The cooperative is authorized to take all measures that are suitable or appear suitable to promote the cooperative purpose. It may conclude legal transactions with non-members. Furthermore, it can participate in other companies, establish, acquire branches or other companies, or act as their general partner. To fulfill its tasks, it can involve expert third parties. Moreover, it is authorized to transfer its business operations wholly or partially to affiliated companies or to entrust them with the execution. The cooperative is authorized to invest parts of the cooperative capital in financial instruments and to grant and receive loans.
