The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, to develop real estate projects of all kinds and to provide services in this field, including acting as general contractor or total contractor. Excluded from this is the purchase of real estate that requires a permit under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (SR 211.412.41). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, and furthermore, carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, in particular, provide financing to affiliated and other companies, provide security of all kinds, or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these companies.
