The execution of excavations, demolitions, transports, recycling, disposal of various waste, as well as the production and marketing of sand, gravel, natural materials and related products; the trade in movable goods of all kinds, in particular in the transport, vehicle, machinery and plant sectors, including technical consulting; financing, also through the issuance of guarantees and financial coordination of companies in which it may participate. The company is also authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may participate in other companies and enterprises, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are related to the company's purpose.
