The company may - develop its activity both in Switzerland and abroad, without geographical limitation; - create branches; - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for any operation covered by the LEFin and LSFin or prohibited by the LFAIE.
