The company's purpose is: the organization of music festivals and events related to music, provision of communication and promotion services in this field; the implementation of tourist, hotel, real estate development projects, production and sale of merchandising, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It can carry out all financial, commercial and industrial operations, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. It can create branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or analogous companies, carry out all operations and conclude contracts that are likely to develop the company's purpose or relate to it directly or indirectly, assume participations in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if this is in its interest.
