The purpose of the company is to organize, manage and operate the junior teams, active teams and women's teams of the GCK Lions and the ZSC Lions, including the organization of games and the management of player transfers. The company may establish or invest in branches, subsidiaries and other legal entities in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate and other tangible or intangible assets. Furthermore, the company may provide direct or indirect financing (including as a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling)) to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide collateral of any kind for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries), including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not. This also applies under preferential conditions without interest, excluding the company's pursuit of profit and assuming cluster risks.
