The company may also provide services in the interest of other group members; may operate a liquidity balancing system (cash pooling) with other group companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing (zero balancing), even under preferential conditions without interest, excluding the company's profit motive and assuming cluster risks; may acquire real estate, establish branches and participate in other companies.
