Gehr-Stiftung

In memory of Mrs. Mathilde and Mr. Ferdinand Gehr-Mazenauer, the foundation aims to preserve the artistic legacy of Ferdinand Gehr, promote its recognition and understanding, make it accessible to the public, and maintain and increase the artistic works of Ferdinand Gehr in its possession. The foundation may also acquire, rent or borrow artistic works of Ferdinand Gehr owned by third parties. Furthermore, the foundation aims to manage and administer the copyrights of all works by Ferdinand Gehr. If the foundation's assets permit, it is also the foundation's task to promote cultural creators or cultural institutions, particularly in Eastern Switzerland and neighboring countries.
