The company's purpose is to create all plans, projects and financial plans for the execution of construction works; to carry out or have carried out and supervise all construction works; to perform, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, financial, commercial, movable, real estate, investment, representation, purchase, sale, brokerage, study, promotion, management, development and construction of real estate and rental of movable and immovable property both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); to import, export and distribute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, materials, construction elements and installations, including all accessories and ancillary objects. Finally, it may create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it.
