All services and operations related to financial intermediation in currencies and digital assets, but not limited to payment and exchange operations on the currency and digital asset markets, both domestically and internationally; any escrow agent activity (depositary agent); the issuance of various means of payment; all operations (marketing, consulting, promotion, production, development, distribution, services and all associated services) in the field of computer science and telecommunications, in particular network and system architecture, engineering, computer software, network outsourcing, enterprise systems, and all matters directly or indirectly related thereto, in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire financial interests in all Swiss or foreign companies or enterprises, existing or to be established, and this by all means, in particular by way of contribution, subscription or purchase of shares or social parts, mergers or groupings, as well as the management of these participations, the coordination of its subsidiaries and participations, excluding any acquisition of interests in real estate companies in Switzerland within the meaning of the LFAIE. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, industrial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to facilitate its realization.
