The purpose of the cooperative is to purchase, acquire by building rights, sell or exchange properties, to construct and rent residential and other buildings at favorable rents, especially in the old town, also for the municipality, the church community and for non-profit institutions, as well as to carry out all business related to this cooperative purpose. The cooperative can participate in other cooperatives, companies and associations that pursue similar purposes.
