The purpose of the foundation is to promote and support economically and/or socially disadvantaged children and young people from the regions of Sarganserland, Werdenberg and Rheintal in their sporting education and meaningful leisure activities in the areas of snow and summer camps, hiking and climbing. Furthermore, economically disadvantaged older people and disabled children from the regions of Sarganserland, Werdenberg and Rheintal can be supported. The foundation can grant purposeful secured loans, acquire easements and properties as well as participations, and also take over the sponsorship of projects that serve the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose. Any income from such engagements may only be used for foundation purposes. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
