To unite and bring together within itself shareholders of SEB SA, a public limited company with a capital of 55,337,770 €, whose registered office is located at: Campus SEB, 112 chemin du Moulin Carron, 69130 Ecully, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 300 349 636 R.C.S. Lyon, with the aim of representing their interests; to contribute to the definition of a common strategy and concerted line of action for its members, direct or indirect associates of SEB SA, alongside other family shareholders and within the SEB SA family group, in order to ensure the long-term development of SEB SA; to ensure the implementation of this strategy within SEB SA; to promote and exercise any action or right serving the defense of the interests of the Association and its members as direct or indirect associates of SEB SA; to exercise any right recognized by law to a shareholders' association; to represent its members, if necessary, vis-à-vis the stock exchange authorities; to promote the information and training of its members; to defend investors in securities and financial products issued by SEB SA. The Association may carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its object as described above. The Association does not pursue any commercial purpose.
