The exercise of all activities and the provision of all services and advice related to the maritime sector, including (but not limited to) ship and freight brokerage, in particular the transportation of goods, chartering of ships, cargo and derivatives, trading and management of assets; the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises active in the maritime sector, in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the provisions of the LFAIE. The Company may grant loans to its shareholders, to affiliated or related companies or persons, or to third parties; it may provide guarantees, sureties and pledges for the loans and debts of its shareholders, affiliated or related companies or persons, or third parties. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; the Company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
