The cooperative aims to provide its members with work and livelihood through mutual self-help by establishing and operating an architecture and planning office. The cooperative can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it. Furthermore, it can acquire or sell properties, participate in other companies with the same or similar purpose, establish branch offices, and conclude license and lease agreements within the scope of its purpose.
