The cooperative aims to purchase, operate, manage and maintain the Schlosskeller property (Schlossgässli 21) in Burgdorf or another or additional local to create a meeting venue for the Bertholdia high school association as well as meeting and association rooms for the cooperative members. To this end, the cooperative may acquire or sell properties and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it. It may also merge with other legal entities with the same or similar purpose.
