The cooperative aims to finance, build and operate snowmaking facilities in the Winteregg-Lauterbrunnen area through joint self-help, and to promote all measures that ensure the implementation of the international Inferno ski race on the original course and the accessibility of the village of Lauterbrunnen with skis directly from the Schilthorn-Mürren ski area. The cooperative is generally authorized to undertake everything that is suitable to achieve the purpose of the company as stated in paragraph 1 above. The cooperative is also specifically authorized to acquire land and building rights, enter into easement agreements, and acquire participations in other companies with the same or similar purpose.
