Genossenschaft bonacasa Oberboden

The cooperative aims to create and operate a residential complex based on the bonacasa security and service concept on the Oberboden site in Nussbaumen, on a non-profit basis and for the benefit of its members, by renting and selling affordable housing to its members, while also considering other interested parties for unoccupied apartments. The cooperative may also promote and provide additional age-appropriate housing options or housing with services, acquire or sell land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage and/or rent houses of all kinds, and sell plots of land or parts thereof.
