Genossenschaft Buntspecht

The Buntspecht cooperative aims to create, purchase, rent at a reasonable price, manage and administer all properties of the Buntspecht cooperative. In all its actions, it takes into account sustainable, ecological, economic, cultural and social aspects. It promotes and enables a solidarity-based way of living. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) building, acquiring and maintaining ownership and usage rights or renting properties or residential units; b) renting out residential and commercial space (to its members, as well as to other natural or legal persons if necessary). The cooperative's activity is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. Its properties are to be permanently withdrawn from any speculative use.
