Aims to provide its members with living, working and residential space in rental and ownership relationships on a non-profit basis in accordance with the Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG); the activity is not profit-driven; the buildings owned by the cooperative are permanently withdrawn from speculation; creates, rents and sells this space primarily to its members; can acquire, encumber and sell land and properties for this purpose; realizes future-oriented forms of housing, taking into account ecological requirements, which means prudent use of land, raw materials, energy and finances.
