The cooperative aims to acquire, renovate and maintain houses (residential houses, rusticos), particularly in Gresso and its surroundings, through mutual self-help among its members. The renovation aims to achieve a simple, functional and ecological standard. The apartments are furnished and equipped with the necessary amenities. They are available to members for short and long-term stays at favorable conditions. In exceptional cases, the apartments can be rented to third parties (friends, acquaintances of members). The cooperative aims to contribute to the preservation and maintenance of the cultural landscape in the surroundings of Gresso.
