The cooperative aims to build and operate an energy community in the municipality of Weisslingen in the sense of a merger of local energy producers and energy consumers. The cooperative can found and establish companies and participate in companies with the same or similar objectives. It can offer energy services and trade in energy. It can conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and is suitable for promoting or facilitating the achievement of the cooperative's purpose, including services in the field of renewable energies, the acquisition, leasing, rental or sale of real estate.
