The cooperative aims to maintain and operate the property No. 742 (cantonal GB number 608), holiday home Grunggis, plan No. 16, land register Wolfenschiessen, through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It aims to offer its members holiday and recreational opportunities in the holiday home Grunggis, to enable communal and social gatherings, and to promote the cohesion of its members. The cooperative may acquire, manage and sell properties, as well as enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
