The cooperative aims to support and promote the education and economic advancement of deaf, hard of hearing, deafened, CI wearers and their relatives through mutual self-help among its members. It primarily supports and promotes individuals residing in the canton of Grisons. It advocates for bilingual education for deaf and hard of hearing children. It assumes tasks in advising parents, teachers, and employers. It can acquire properties, participate in other institutions or organizations with similar or identical areas of activity, and conduct all other business that promotes its own purpose. It does not pursue any profit-making goals. It is politically independent and denominationally neutral.
