Collecting, managing and transferring shares in the Société Civile du Clou (SC du Clou) in Pomport (FR), for the purpose of purchasing wine for personal consumption at discounted conditions for the cooperative members. The cooperative registers as a shareholder with SC du Clou for this purpose. As a shareholder, it represents the cooperative members within SC du Clou and asserts their interests. Furthermore, it facilitates the transfer of shares in SC du Clou in the event of sale, donation or inheritance within the circle of cooperative members or to third parties.
