Aims to provide affordable housing to elderly residents and citizens of Luterbach, and to construct and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent as defined by the Housing Promotion Act (WFG). May promote age-friendly, disability-friendly and family-friendly housing options, provide access infrastructure, acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses of all kinds; the sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
