The cooperative primarily aims to secure and promote the economic interests of its members through joint self-help by bundling, providing, and developing products and services in the areas of: a) Strategic and operational organizational consulting, digitalization, risk, security, and crisis management, as well as IKT/Cyber, b) Development of solutions for risk, security, and crisis management, c) Research and development in the aforementioned areas, as well as digitalization for industry and sector solutions for the primary economy (agriculture and forestry), secondary economy (industry and SMEs), and tertiary economy (services), d) A special focus is on solutions for SMEs. The cooperative can conduct all business and conclude contracts in Switzerland and abroad that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it. It can also acquire real estate and/or make investments in Switzerland and abroad.
