It seeks to achieve this purpose by building and acquiring multi-family houses, which enable intergenerational living in the Bern region in particular. The cooperative's activity is non-profit. It can take out and grant loans. It can acquire, manage and sell properties and participations, as well as enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
