Genossenschaft Gewerbehaus Glattwiesen

The cooperative pursues the purpose of holding and exploiting the public-law concession granted by the Government Council of the Canton of Zurich with a decision of October 9, 1991, for the period from January 1, 1992 to December 31, 2071, for the construction, existence and operation of storage and commercial buildings in a specific area of the former National Road N 20.1.1 (current designation: AI North Bypass; current owner: Swiss Confederation, Federal Roads Office ASTRA). On the basis of this concession, the cooperative acquires, sells and rents spaces in the Glattwiesen commercial building for the benefit of its members.
