The purpose of the cooperative is to operate an agricultural business that is self-managed and self-designed through a cooperation between producers and consumers, in order to supply the cooperative members with their own products. The cultivation is carried out in cooperation with the operating GmbH according to the guidelines applicable to it (at the time of the statutes, organic in conversion, as well as the principles of regenerative agriculture and permaculture). Furthermore, the cooperative has the possibility to produce additional products and to engage in trade. The cooperative can also acquire or sell goods or land to achieve its purpose.
