The cooperative aims, through mutual self-help, to construct and operate a building complex in Henggart for communal living for young and old, at affordable conditions (cost rent). The cooperative can integrate spaces for social, care, or business services such as a health center. The cooperative can associate with organizations that pursue similar goals. The cooperative can participate in companies with the same or similar objectives and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and is suitable to promote or facilitate the achievement of the cooperative's purpose, including land acquisition in ownership or in building rights. The cooperative limits its activities to the area of the municipality of Henggart. The activity of the cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented.
