The cooperative aims to provide and maintain affordable housing, excluding any speculative intent, through the joint self-help and co-responsibility of its members. The cooperative can claim funding instruments under the federal Housing Promotion Act or corresponding cantonal and communal laws. Rentals are based on cost rent. The cooperative can acquire or sell land, build, acquire or rent houses, lease land and enter into cooperations. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-driven.
