The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through mutual self-help and shared responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity, and also aims to remove housing from speculation. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings. b) Management and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis. c) Promoting cooperative activities in the house, d) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not for profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar goals.
