The cooperative aims to provide its members, the Artistic Gymnastics Association of the Canton of Zurich (KVKZ), the regional performance center Zurich (RLZ), as well as the public or other corporations, with a hall offering optimal training conditions, through joint self-help. The cooperative pursues this purpose by a) financing the artistic gymnastics hall with all its infrastructure. b) Building, equipping, and possibly expanding the facility, as per lit. a, on the plot of land no. 4745, area of the political municipality of Rümlang, which has been granted a building right until 2048. c) Leasing the facility, as per lit. a and b, to the Artistic Gymnastics Association of the Canton of Zurich or a successor organization until 2048, in exchange for a cost-covering rent, with the condition that the lessee operates and maintains the facility in accordance with the cooperative's purpose, at their own expense.
