The cooperative aims to create and provide structures on a non-profit basis and through joint self-help, which enable and promote the self-determined communal work and living, as well as cultural and artistic activities of its members, users, and beneficiaries. In particular, the promotion and realization of social inclusion of people with special needs in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities ratified by Switzerland in 2014. To promote the self-management and self-efficacy of users and beneficiaries in all areas of life. To promote forms of housing, work, and occupation that optimally correspond to the interests of users and beneficiaries, particularly with regard to legal status, co-determination, mixed use, architecture, and comfort. To fulfill this purpose, the cooperative acquires and manages properties, premises, and/or land and can make them available for use to interested individuals, groups of people, or legal entities. The cooperative is neutral in terms of denomination and politics and is not profit-oriented.
